Diversity, Unity and the Body of Christ

This Sunday we will look at Paul's comparison of the body of Christ to the human body.

All its parts are different for a good reason, and all must work together by avoiding two important errors: We are to be cautious of being too proud of our abilities, and at the same time not think we have nothing to offer the body of believers.

By not comparing ourselves to one another, we use our gifts in combination to serve the body and share the Good News of salvation. In this analogy we will see the importance of each church member, especially when one part seems to be or is missing.
