Remain Focused

Paul continues with words of wisdom as he warns about distractions. The distractions of Paul's time and today might be somewhat different to today's, but they all have the same outcome. We can often see that distractions and disagreements can become damaging, and as believers we must carefully work through them. Because God will examine what kind of workers we have been for Him, we should build our lives on His Word and build His Word into our lives. Consistent and diligent study of God's Word is vital in working through distraction and disagreement, helping us to become a Workman Approved by God.
