A Life of Prayer

Last week we used Colossians 4:1 as our benediction.

This verse was also presented as a prayer for those who have responsibility over others to provide what is right and fair. Masters were not only to pay their workers fair wages but also care about how they were treated.

These further instructions from Paul as we reach the final two weeks in Colossians are directed to prayer. Devoting ourselves to prayer with persistence and being watchful is key, by expressing our faith that God answers prayer.

I pray that we remain available to pray with anyone, anywhere, at any time as we continue to be seasoned with salt. — Pastor Don
