Healing the Hearts of Men

We have been looking at highlights in our series Journey to Jerusalem, watching Jesus as He approached Jerusalem and the cross.

In our time together we experienced Jesus' teaching and preaching in the story of the good Samaritan, which showed how, through mercy, what being a neighbor is and should be. Next we learned about seeking and finding through three parables concerning the lost and found as God lovingly searches for the lost hearts of His creation and rejoices when they are found. This week we take a look at one of the many examples of the healing power of Christ, both physically and spiritually, and how our faith and belief in Jesus makes a difference in our hearts, now and for eternity.

Continue in prayer for those in need and those being called this season to find joy in the resurrection, watch for God's healing power in action, and give Him the glory in all things. — Pastor Don
