Acts | You Can't Stop This!

The early church is experiencing all kinds of pressure from the outside and inside. Last week, Don finished up the difficult passage about the tragedy of Ananias and Sapphira. They were guilty of lying to God and to God’s people, and God dealt with that in such a way as to cause the church to grow. Outside, the religious leaders were aggressively attacking the leadership, and I’m sure the new believers were feeling this pressure as well. But through it all, the key message never changes. It’s ALL about Jesus. And God blesses this. We learn that if it is of God, you can’t stop this. — Blessings, Ed
